[In-person session. Prior to the session, Cassie stated she was there because "I just feel blah!" Testimonial email received one week after her session.]
I honestly didn't know what to expect when I signed up for the appointment. I overheard my mom talking about a spiritual experience she had at work when she smashed her thumb with a hammer and Kristi walked up and asked if she could help. My mom agreed and within seconds of Kristi healing her, the throbbing and pain had stopped. My mom talked to Kristi and found out she was a spiritual healer and artist. My mom, intrigued, went to a show [where Kristi was selling her artwork], learned more about what Kristi does and was amazed. She came home and told my sister (who just broke up with a long time fiance) about Kristi and how she thinks she would help her overcome the pain and gain back her self confidence.
Fast forward to November and it is my birthday month and a very strenuous month for my family (who just moved to NH from MO). I request a gift certificate to go see Kristi to help me overcome some of my anxiety and dark feelings I had about my childhood and marriage.
I went to Kristi's house and was given a warm welcome. I almost immediately felt at peace. Her energy is so warm and inviting and comforting. We talked briefly and I immediately start crying (I am not a big cryer, so this was weird for me). We discussed what came to her in the moments before my session and everything was spot on! I was impressed!
We start our session and she would say things here and there that made complete sense to me; things no one else could possibly know. During the session I felt some "interesting" sensations ... She explained the meanings and the different chakras and where we harbor what emotions where and so on.
The spots that Kristi focused on were the spots that I worry about the most. I am in remission for Lymphoma and am always feeling my neck for possible lumps. During the session she focused a lot on my neck and I instantly felt the release of a lot of tension and have yet to feel any since the session.
She also talked about forgiveness and went over some self affirmations that changed my life for the better. She helped me forgive my parents for a hard childhood and 13 year divorce process. She shared exercises that helped me release the anger that I harbored towards them and have had for years. I have seen counselors and therapists almost my entire life ... Kristi did more for me in one hour than a counselor did for me in 13 years of work.
I went there with a full heart of anxiety and brain on overdrive, and left with a clear mind, unexplainable energy, and felt as if I were lighter than a feather. A week later I still feel that way. She has kept in contact with me after our session and is willing to answer any questions I have had. She is insightful, calming and warm.
I highly recommend scheduling a session. That short hour changed my life for the better. I love Kristi, and can't wait to see what our next session will do or help me overcome. I am still on an ELECTRIC high of energy!
